*Director of Operations*
$100,000-$115,000/year Full Time, Monday-Friday, Nights and Weekends as

Logix, LLC is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to bridge strategic
leadership and day-to-day operational execution. This critical role serves
as a key member of the management team, translating executive vision into
operational reality while maintaining hands-on involvement in project
delivery, team development, and customer success.

As Director of Operations, you’ll work closely with executive leadership to
optimize operational performance across all divisions. You’ll directly
manage Field Operations Managers and collaborate with field staff to ensure
excellence in safety, quality, production efficiency, and customer
satisfaction. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic
thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced, growing environment.

*Reception/Scheduler*
$22-$24/hr Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Logix is seeking a dynamic and organized *Receptionist/Scheduler* to serve
as the central hub of our operations. This is more than a traditional front
desk role—you’ll be the face of our company while orchestrating the complex
scheduling that keeps our projects running smoothly. If you thrive in a
fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and you love
being the person who keeps everything organized, this role is for you.

*Safety and Compliance Officer*
$60,000-$70,000/year, Full Time, Monday-Friday, Nights and Weekends as
Needed

The Safety and Compliance Officer reports to the HR and Safety Manager and
is responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of safety across
all company operations. This position leads workplace safety initiatives,
conducts comprehensive jobsite inspections, ensures regulatory compliance
with OSHA and DOT requirements, and implements safety programs throughout
the organization. The Safety and Compliance Officer manages driver
qualification files, coordinates safety training, investigates incidents,
and maintains all safety-related documentation and recordkeeping. This role
serves as the primary champion of the company’s safety culture through
training, inspections, and the implementation of safety programs. The ideal
candidate will prioritize safety across all operations while maintaining
efficiency and reliability in support of company operations.
